First training in soldier style
Attila Pintér started the first training and communicated that only those will play who are playing from their heart.
He has finished his first training on yesterday and the new coach has arrived to the position of leaving head coach Draguljob Bekvalac. The young professional head coach arrived after three years of resting and now he is starting his work to make ETO on his face which means they always have to play from their heart. Also they have to make good results : first three position in championship and cup winning

When the team gone to the VIP room of the football club they have discussed the strategy behind closed doors and Attila Pintér made a gentlemen introduction. There were no strong words and he mentioned the players to play and think always on the team. József Both professional director told to the players that their responsibility will be the team success above personal targets and he said that Louis van Gaal coaches Ajax is the good example of this style. Attila Pintérs philosophy is like that because he is waiting for honestly playing guys. Tibor Klement managing director said that this mentality is needed in here now, that is why Pintér agreed with Győr.
We declared three criterias when looking for a new coach-started Tibor Klement- first was his age because we wanted someone younger guy, second was to have good connection with our club and the third was to have first class experiences. Attila Pintér reached the criterias and also had great success before: he was coaching a cup winner and a championship winner cup,too. It is not a secret that we were looking for someone who has strong hands and Attila Pintér is the man who will have disciplines in the dressing room and on the field he can arrange the big hearted game what are the fans are waiting for. József Both is a professional director who also agreed with our decision: he was the teacher of Attila Pintér on coach courses and he thinks that Attlia Pintér is a good prepared talented and motivated technical man.
After the introduction the work has started: it was a big rain on the fields but the new head coach changed his elegant clothes to football kit and the technical team ( József Farkas second coach and Ottó Szabó trainer ) moved to the field for training. The boss started with easy exercises and next soldier style steps came and the head coach loudly said what to do.
-Look ahead, head is up! You have to listen on the match situations where to pass the ball and you have to know where the others are !- shouted to them the head coach who was also checking the kits of them-Bring a black pullover to look like the other squad members and wear the same, we are one team and look like the same in clothing!-so he requested a black jacket for the Georgian George Ganugrava who was just on testing. Also there was new face : Zoltán Fehér Hungarian player arrived back from Bulgaria who was the member of Sopron and Vasas and favorite player of Attila Pintér. It was usual at his old clubs that the head coach trained together with the players now he left that.
I played football on Sunday and got injured-said the coach to us- the coaches charge to be well qualified continuously and I have missed last three years on active field so I had time to be prepared for now. I am enjoying the active work, I am a trainer that is my skill and I believe that our work in Győr will be successful. We have three years conception and in the first year we have already exact plans. I would like to cooperate with a team which is for his fans which is playing from the deepest heart.
Although the long time owner of ETO waiting for the success from long time, last period 2008-2009 was not a glorious for them
It is not occasional that the management set the cup winning objective for Draguljob Bekvalac and now Attila Pintér will have one more objective on :finish between first three position in the season.
