Construction time
The hotel construction and building has started.
Next to the stadium we are building a 6-story, four-star business hotel with a sport rehabilitation and health care center.
The hotel will have 98 rooms, 5 apartments and a separate outdoor parking space.
The specialty of the hotel is that - in addition to offering high quality rehabilitation services and cutting-edge technology - it will allow guests to watch the matches, concerts and other events held at the stadium through the windows of the upper floors.
A bridge will provide direct connection between the hotel and the experience center.
The hotel will also house a conference hall capable of hosting events for up to 1,000 square meters.
The conference hall will have variable floor space, with the possibility of joining separate areas.
The largest event hall will be able to host 300 people.
Due to the proximity of the stadium and the football and handball training center the hotel will provide ideal training conditions for domestic and foreign clubs, with the sport rehabilitation center caring for insured players.
