Proud of the championship medal

– How do you feel, is it an disliked job of the field trainer, because like in weekdays on the match winnings you have to be in background of the headcoach.

– I absolutely do not feel its a disliked job. When i finished playing football, I was devoted top this job. I did not planned to be a headcoach , I wanted to be a field trainer. Some of us are planned to be this one and other like me that one. I like this job very much and I am really happy to do this.

– You know each other very well with Attila Pintér and it seems to be that you also understand each other very well, it is a good relationship.

– Yes, indeed. Earlier we were playing together and became friends. Later we worked together as trainers in Sopron. We know each other and it is not a disadvantage to coach a team like this.

– Additionally more trainers are helping your work in here in Győr.

–Yes, we have a great team to work with. István Sándor and Ottó Szabó have routine, language knowledge and local connection,too.

 –We see you with a folder on the matches. Can you tell us what exactly you are writing in ?

– It is not a big secret, , I write records everywhere. Usually I write down the actual match information. I write down who have to move his position at a corner or a point shooting, and who have to listen and for what in the future. Of course I write down the mistakes,too and we are analyze them after the matches.

– Did you know before that Győr will celebrate his bronze within a year?

–Every time I agree on a job I want to make it perfect. To tell you the truth I felt the good result before. This is now happened and we are all proud of our work.

– What are the possibilities of the team on the international field?

– As we did in the championship, we would go more forward on the international field,too. What we will able to do, we will see it in the near future.
