Eugene Eyah Fomubond is usually member of the ETO starter team in this spring season aso his hard work in defending line was a main thing in our great results : 5 matches we received only 2 goals.
- How would you comment the match against Lombard Pápa?
- I think we played a good and exciting match with Lombard. I am sorry about the score draw because we could win. We started very well and we had an advantage goal but finally we did not win. If we could concentrate more, maybe we could keep this one goal advantage.
- So it means that only the winning is acceptable on next match against Honvéd ...
- Honvéd showed very good performances on his last matches. Last time they also won against Újpest. Every single match is different and we have to be the best if we want to win. We can not underestimate them. Honvéd is a good team and it is very important for us to get three points on the match. Every championship matches points are important for us and need them because we want to be on the beginning on the list.
-Earlier you were midfielder, and you are always playing a defender. Which position fits for you more?
-On the position where the headcoach want me to play... The playing position is not my but the coaches decision and I am maximally fit to that. He puts me where he wants because I will show him that I will appreciate that.
- You are always in the starter team in spring season.
- I am very happy about it because I am happy when I am playing. Earlier I had an injury and that was not an easy period but I am over and working on more matches to play.
- What do you think who is the best striker now in Hungary ?
- I think football is not a one man sport this is a team play. Not only the strikers are important but also the midfielders and the good defenders can score a goal to us on a match. There are a lot of good strikers in Hungary but I would not name one of them. If we are on the field every single player of the opponents team are dangerous for our goalpost so I can say only that every striker and every player is very dangerous.
- Only some of us know that you arrived to Hungary together with Dorge Rostand Kouemaha who is already playing now in Bruges (and transfermarkt.de rank him on three and a half million Euro) . Are you still keep in touch with him ?
- Yes of course, I usually talk to him and I am very happy because he plays well in Belgium .He is a very good friend of me and our relationship is also very good.
