Two-thirds of the season

If we are looking at the championship season we are at two -thirds time of the whole season now and if we looking at spring season we are at one-thirds of the the time in Soproni League. Looking back for the last five matches we can see that our third position is good on the list and we have only two points left from Videoton and one points from DVSC. Next teams on the list are Fradi, ZTE and after Nyíregyháza, and continues Honvéd. From our five championship matches three were our winning matches, two times score drawing were at the end of the match. Our goal scores are also good, we scored seven goals and received only two goal shots so this is also the third place comparing to other teams. Team of Pintér Attila is unbeaten in last nine matches and have the most fewer, only 12 received goals in the teams. Next team on the received goal list is Videoton with his 21 times received goal balls..

Our actual positions shows that we are better in away matches and by looking at our results our third position is well deserved. Our home filed

tches -three teams in the same level- our team is only the sixth in this

season , but in season period of 2009/2010 in ETO Park from ten matches none of them were lost . Only MTK and Kaposvár can also be proud of the nearly the same result.

Our home goal king is Tarmo Kink with his seven goals, and springtime the most successful players were with their two-two scored goals Koltai Tamás and Rati Aleksidze .

In five rounds of 2010 13 yellow card were given and two of them on the match with DVTK for our goalkeeper who was sent out and two cards were given to Nicorec and Aleksidze in last two months..

By counting our received cards Zoltán Fehér is on the top with six yellow cards, next one is Babic and Stanisic who already spent their ban for the five cards, and this weekend also will not play Szabó and Aleksidze.

Pilibaitis also have to be careful because he has four yellow cards.

This year on fives matches 21 players were on the field ,fifteen of them were in the starter team.

All of the springtime matches were on the field Fehér Zoltán, Eugene Fomumbod and Rati Aleksidze . Cameroon defender and the Georgian striker were playing on six matches without change.

Helytálltak a fiatalok,de kikapott a csapat

Ötvenöt év után véget ért egy nagyszerű sorozat, jövőre nem az első osztályt kezdi csapatunk annak ellenére, hogy a nyolcadik helyen zárt az együttes. A csapat ma kilenc újoncot is avatott, valószínű minden idők legfiatalabb győri ETO-ja lépett pályára az NB I-ben, és először játszott egy ikepár a több, mint ötszáz bemutatkozó közül: Nagy Ádám és Nagy Bálint. Ami a találkozót illeti, a Debrecen ugyan végig fölényben játszott, de a mieinknek is voltak ügyes megoldásai, Medgyes, Nagy Á. és Szabó Tibor pedig közel volt a gólszerzéshez, de nem jártak sikerrel. A házigazda némi szerencsével jutott vezetéshez, és aztán az első félidőben eldöntötte a meccset, az ETO akadémistái viszont helytálltak, és bízunk abban, hogy eljön az idő, amikor újra az NB I-ben szerepelhetnek majd. Néhányan biztos nem nálunk, de talán többen a 2017/18-as szezonban az ETO színekben. Ehhez kívánunk sok sikert mindenkinek. (Fotó: Nemzeti Sport)

Fiatal csapattal megyünk Debrecenbe

Az utolsó mérkőzéstől függetlenül eldőlt: a Videoton, a Ferencváros, az MTK és a Debrecen indulhat a nemzetközi kupában, így a már tét nélküli mérkőzésen a Győri ETO FC csapatában bemutatkozhatnak azok is az első osztályban, akik eddig csak az NB III-ban szerepeltek. Mindez azt jelenti, hogy az első kerethez tartozó labdarúgók közül csak az akadémisták utaznak el a vasárnapi mérkőzésre.
